Dressing comfortably for physiotherapy is a must because we need to see your range of motion as we treat you. We may advise you beforehand to wear loose-fitting clothes, depending on where your injury is. This applies to acupuncture too, we need a clear surface to begin treatment.
Go In With An Open Mind
Although this may sound easier said than done, most people have different opinions about how acupuncture feels. It can seem quite uncomfortable to have a needle plunged into you, painful even, but the experience really does differ from person to person. Some feel a tingling sensation, others can barely feel it however we do our best to ensure every acupuncture session is as pain-free as possible.
Be Honest During Acupuncture
