If you’ve never seen a physiotherapist before, it might seem like a big jump from just gritting your teeth and struggling through niggly injuries and booking an appointment with one of our team of expert physios. But physiotherapy is made up of several beneficial methods for improving and rehabilitating you from physical injuries and issues. In some cases, you won’t have a choice. If injuries persist and worsen you’ll be forced to seek medical support and can easily cause more damage to yourself, keeping you away from sport and exercise for longer. Whether you are a professional athlete or weekend warrior, here is a list of services we swear by and how they could help you.

Our physios have the ability to put together an individualised exercise programme for patients using the gym equipment. With one on one sessions, our experts can demonstrate and guide patients through each exercise.
What is it used for? – It is used to diagnose body imbalances and develop a strengthening programme that works and evolves as your body goes through the rehabilitation process. Injuries can be caused by muscle tightness or weaknesses which can all be targeted in our onsite gym.
